At Urban Kangaroo, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you’ll find all relevant information about our shipping process.


Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). This is valid for orders before 5PM GMT+ 10


Shipping Time

After processing, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Australia : 3–10 business days

Total estimated shipping time : 4-13 business days

Please note: Shipping times may vary slightly due to carrier delays, peak periods, or customs clearance.


Shipping Days

We ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.


Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. We offer free shipping.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a track & trace link. You can also use our Track Your Order page to follow your parcel in real-time.


Incorrect Address Policy

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your parcel is delayed or lost, please contact us at support@urban-kangaroo.com . We'll assist you directly and open an investigation with the courier if needed.
