We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
You can request a return for reasons including:
The item is too big or too small
You changed your mind
The quality did not meet expectations
The item was damaged or defective on arrival
Delivery took too long
To start a return, please contact our customer support first at support@urban-kangaroo.com and fill out our Return of Goods Form before sending your item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or not as described. All return parcels must include a photo of the package and tracking number shared with our support team.

⚠️ Returns sent to a different address than above will not be accepted. Always reach out to our support team before sending your return.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 7 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
To be eligible for a refund:
Items must be in clean, unused, and re-sellable condition
Returns must include all original tags, packaging, and accessories
The Return Form must be completed and included in the parcel
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
